This month, we introduced the first inductee into the Pop Punk Hall Of Fame. Now, the first band had to be special. Not just a group who could write great music, but pioneers for a generation. Someone who carved the path for an entire music scene and rewired the way that fans and future musicians look at music. An influence for music of the past, present and future. There’s only one band of veterans that have impacted the lives and won the hearts of every pop-punk fan, and that band is Blink-182.
